About Cindy Herr

I am dedicated to helping people live more fully. I am a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,  a Certified Yoga Instructor, and I have an MS in Education. I was a classroom teacher for over 15 years.

My own mindfulness practice is deepened by teaching. I began the process of becoming an MBSR teacher in 2013. I wanted to teach mindfulness to my clients that were dealing with cancer and chronic illness. I discovered that I benefited enormously from this research based program. My ability to pause and breathe in challenging situations allowed me to become aware of and reduce stress in daily life.
